If you are the kind of person that wants regular updates and pictures of the process or worked with Steve Palmer to buy my new 2021 Jeep Rubicon 4xe. If you are the kind of person that wants regular updates and pictures of the process or have questions, he's the guy. I never felt like I was bothering him and he seemed genuinely eager to make this a seamless and even fun experience. He sent me pictures as the modifications were done (arrival, side steps, tint, plates, everything) without even asking. I can't say enough good things. Shout out to Josh who convinced me to go electric and reluctantly give up my manual. The increased power is totally worth it. Thanks to all involved and getting me my vehicle in a week. More

One of the best experiences in a long time with a 'no hassle' purchase of a used vehicle which was expedient. very angry... great friendly service before buying, but once the vehicle was purchased they became useless and not helpful and basically ignored issues i was having. After they had my money both sales an once the vehicle was purchased they became useless and not helpful and basically ignored issues i was having. After they had my money both sales and service had the pass the buck, "it's not my problem" attitude. Couldn't be bothered to help me after, unbelievable .
