It was worth the drive from Niagara Falls Last Saturday was our very first visit ever to Ontario Chrysler in Mississauga. Coming from Niagara Falls, the dealership even stayed open late for myself and my family that day. Not many places would have done so. Our sales associate John Walker was very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and met our needs with a great deal on a 2016 Chrysler Town & Country minivan . The Finance Manager Usman Akbar was just as helpful in explaining the financial terms and extended warranty package to us as well. We are happy with the purchase that we made. We will definitely tell our friends and family back in Niagara about the great experience that we received from Ontario Chrysler and hopefully send more business your way. Great service! I work in the area but usually have my car serviced in my town near my home, however yesterday I could not make any of the available appointments with I work in the area but usually have my car serviced in my town near my home, however yesterday I could not make any of the available appointments without having to leave work early and could not do that. I was able to call Ontario and booked an appointment for the afternoon. I originally needed an oil change, but wanted them to look at a light that had come on earlier in the week. They were able to tell me what was going on...which was actually the start of a much bigger and more expensive problem. They took my car in, and I was able to pick it up this morning without issue. I will be back there as I'm so impressed with their flexibility and service. More

Dedicated to fix our Town & Country Van During this past hot summer, we had brought our van in to have the a/c fixed. We dealt with Grant Cafferty and he ordered the necessary part to repair During this past hot summer, we had brought our van in to have the a/c fixed. We dealt with Grant Cafferty and he ordered the necessary part to repair the a/c. After the initial installation, the a/c failed to work in back of the van. He then ordered another compressor and another part, under warranty The parts were on back order for most of the summer. At the end of August, the parts were still on back order and were supposedly on route. We left our van at the dealership as Grant spoke to Luke & Bourk who continued to follow up on the back order and arranged for a complimentary rental vehicle a 2016 Dodge Journey until our a/c was fixed. We had the rental from Sept.1 until Sept. 13th. Many thanks to these 3 guys for their assistance and perseverance. We have been long time customers and have purchased or leased numerous vehicles from this dealership over the last 15 years and continue to have both our Town & Country Van & Dodge Charger serviced here. A member of the team even gave my 11 month old son a little toy dinosaur. John spent over an hour going over all of the features of the 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk we purchased. He made sure we were completely comfortable before we drove away. We will revisit John and the team at this dealership in the future for sure!
