After having rented a 2020 Hyundai Accent for a week we realized that the hatchback was more than adequate to carry our inflatable kayaks, other water-related equipment and a small dog with her travel bag. Once we were satisfied that the unassuming and unpretentious Accent was all that we needed for our lifestyle, we began to look for this model at Hyundai and other dealerships. In short order, Ontario Chrysler posted a trade-in 2019 Accent with remaining warranty and a single owner for sale. We contacted Ehsan early Monday morning and arranged a test drive that same day, having left with a decision and a deposit on the car. Ehsan politely answered all our questions including those with respect to licensing and the Ministry and suggested the two-year sticker renewal, a very practical option at this time. He also saw to it that a very visible scratch on the rear bumper was optimally repaired prior to handing the car over on Friday. We both found Ehsan to be completely genuine and a pleasure to deal with, without any pressure. Ehsan had just the right amount of helpfulness and empathy, something that is very hard to fake. We would certainly buy another car from Ehsan no matter what dealership he worked at. More
