Called GM dealer in Fort Saskatchewan and the said to come right out and got it in. Also the have same drop of policy but up front about it, and did state of you let them know they will work with you to get it in and out sooner if the custermer has time restraints. Continue Damaging Customer Vehicles This is now a 2nd time after bringing in a vehicle, that damage happened either in the parking lot when complete or while in the service bay. I had a vehicle in for a coolant leak 3 times before they fixed it. On the 3rd time I picked it up with a large red scrape on the rear passenger fender. I have no red vehicles. After bringing the vehicle in for them to see, pictures were taken by the dealership (Saturday). I called 2 days later (Tuesday) to see what was happening. The service advisor told it me it was on her pile and she has yet to look at it and asked me to bring the vehicle in. I brought the vehicle in and waited 5 minutes for the service manager to come out. The advisor told me it would be another 5 minutes. I left the shop at that point, as I felt if I was not worthy to give me a moment to look at the damage caused by this shop, I will take my service elsewhere. Seeing other comments now about the service manager.....I made the right choice. More

poor customer service, wreck your vehicle. After buying multiple vehicles from this dealership, and getting all my service work done through them. They have scratched my truck and even after i proved to them it was not there when i dropped it off (and it was not done in the parking lot as the scratches go inside the door jamb). They won't fix it. When i tried to talk to the service manager, he won't return my phone calls and when i went to sit down with him to talk about it. He told me he has more important things to do and get out of his office. Im sorry, i thought i was the customer??? whats more important than me? Then when i went to talk to the new car general manager, he was appalled at how the service department was treating me and assured me that he would talk to the owner and look into it and get back to me.... Now he isnt responding to my texts or calls. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Somewhere that customer service actually means something!! P.s. To the owner of northgate... If you arent aware of this situation then you should have a serious conversation with your managers. Make a customer happy and he will tell ten people, xxxx a customer off and he will tell a thousand. now wheres my survey card for GMC canada..... More

Good Truck, Good People I dealt with Joe Ramos and Travis Smyth. The truck I wanted wasn't available from inventory so it was ordered. I picked up the 2014 Sierra on Wednesd I dealt with Joe Ramos and Travis Smyth. The truck I wanted wasn't available from inventory so it was ordered. I picked up the 2014 Sierra on Wednesday and am very pleased with the price and that there would be no extra delivery charges. I arrived to find both Joe and Travis on time and ready to get the deal done and me on my way. Travis had a stack of paperwork to go through and was obviously very familiar with all of the various documents and explained everything thoroughly. He offered up advise on extended warranties and even shared his own experiences on how to get some of the best out of the electronics, voice commands etc. He was very professional and helpful. When I was finished with Travis and the paperwork, Joe already had the truck pulled up front and my plate installed. He took me out and went over every feature of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about all of the details and how each would work and how I might use them. Boy,lots of gadgets. Overall very helpful in getting me started and down the road. He finished by having me wheel over to the gas station next door where he filled the tank and the last I saw of him was a handshake and he told me the gas was taken care of. Overall A+ service.
