Thank you London Mercedes Two summers ago I was in Southampton at a cottage far from my home in Ottawa when the top of my 2005 calk convertible would not go up. I contacted Mercedes London on Friday and was given an appointment for Monday morning. My car was seen right away but after a couple of hours the service manager I had dealt with came to tell me that they couldn’t sort the cause but would manually raise the top so I would be fine until seeing my dealer in Ottawa.When I asked how much he said”we didn’t solve the problem, so nothing “.l unfortunately couldn’t remember his name, but that experience led to the next car also being a Mercedes. I have been a customer for over a year and a half now, and can’t say enough great things about Mercedes London. It’s an absolute pleasure visiting every time. Everyone is super nice and the service is second to none. Any issues I ever had they were able to fix incredibly quickly which gives me a ton of confidence to bring the car in. They really take care of you and the car. The technical staff are super talented and can fix any problems that come up. The service staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I especially want to recommend Jacob in service, Charbel in sales and of course Rob, who ultimately made my initial purchase happen. Also, they do such a great job washing the cars, it looks brand after every service. I will have to ask them how they do it. Overall, a year and a half later, still as happy as I was on day one. Exceptional customer service from Markus My experience with Markus has been exceptional. A few times I’ve had issues with my vehicle that needed servicing (windshield crack, flat tire) and bo My experience with Markus has been exceptional. A few times I’ve had issues with my vehicle that needed servicing (windshield crack, flat tire) and both Tony and Markus have been very accommodating in getting me in and out. The communication is excellent and I appreciated how they drove to my work to drop my car off, which made my life a lot easier. The customer service from Markus is definitely next-level and what you should expect from a high end dealership. Markus is also friendly and quick to respond. Based on my experience here, I would definitely recommend this dealership and consider buying another vehicle from them again. More

Tony and Andrew did a great job My wife and I bought a 2018 GLE in December and had a great experience with Tony as our sales person. Yesterday (April 3), my wife was on her way to w My wife and I bought a 2018 GLE in December and had a great experience with Tony as our sales person. Yesterday (April 3), my wife was on her way to work and a number of warning lights came up on her dashboard. They were significant enough that she was concerned about driving the vehicle but said it seemed to be operating properly. I immediately contacted Andrew Kay in service and he provided me his cell hone number so I could sent him video of the messages that were scrolling on the screen. We later involved Tony, and together, Andrew and Tony arranged within a very short time frame to have a replacement vehicle driven to my wife's workplace which is 35km outside of London and drove her vehicle back to the dealership to be repaired. This sort of service is what dealerships should strive to provide and I can say from experience that this service far surpasses the service we've received from another German brand dealership in town. More
