We were on the road, 500km from home in our Mercedes RV, when we noticed an engine warning light appear. We called Mercedes in London and Alec told us to come in. Tony has guided us not only with the selection of options for each new vehicle but also with how these options may be helpful relative to trade-in values. Given we are happily experiencing well over 12 new Mercedes in these 15 years that piece of conversation is of value. Service department gets a BIG 5✩ also. Reporting concerns, booking appointments, timing of appointments all meet our needs with great satisfaction! The dealership itself is top-shelf and immaculately kept.
