Me and my friend navdeep bought two cars from there and we had a really really bad experience with it… first we bought Jetta brand new in may 2021 and from the very first day I experienced so many problems we had a really really bad experience with it… first we bought Jetta brand new in may 2021 and from the very first day I experienced so many problems with my car and i’ve come 3 times for the service and they didn’t repair anything and even worst my autolock was not working so they told me that i would get a new key and they will call me and its been 4 months and no call… its brakes are worst and mileage is too low I don’t know why and the wipers are super noisy even they changed it but it didn’t work… then we bought golf 2018 and i told him that I can’t take it home as it had scratches outside and damaged from inside but adam said he can’t park it here and he will fix it soon bt take it home and we did and its been one year and now he doesn’t pick call and doesn’t reply to the texts… i just want to be my car fixed and we don’t want to keep golf anymore as paid for nothing for one year.. Communicated on text for a vehicle of interest and ready to purchase. Was greeted properly by either the admin or receptionist. Provided all my personal contact information, made an appointment for me to to purchase. Was greeted properly by either the admin or receptionist. Provided all my personal contact information, made an appointment for me to see the vehicle and was promised the sales team will get back to me on the details. That's where all the good stuff ends. Didn't receive ANY further communications thereafter, I had to follow up and still didn't get a response. Went to their website later again to find out now the vehicle is no longer listed (likely sold). Thank goodness I double checked their website or would've wasted my time commuting to this dealership. Definitely not buying from this place. More

After pulling my car around, I grabbed a coffee and was told by the apprentice working on my car, I was good to go. Service like this is what's needed to drum up repeat customers as well as change the "stealership" stereotype. More
