Above and beyond. On a whim, I came in to remove my locking wheel nuts, (as I lost my key, and Kal Tire didn't have the proper one) with the expectation that I'd On a whim, I came in to remove my locking wheel nuts, (as I lost my key, and Kal Tire didn't have the proper one) with the expectation that I'd have to wait in line, or get the response "you'll have to book an appointment sir" Nope! After pulling my car around, I grabbed a coffee and was told by the apprentice working on my car, I was good to go. Service like this is what's needed to drum up repeat customers as well as change the "stealership" stereotype. More

We have purchased 3 used TDi vehicles from Rob McKenzie. It has constantly a great experience. We recently had one of our vehicles in for repair and we met Service Advisor Doug DaCosta. Doug was great It has constantly a great experience. We recently had one of our vehicles in for repair and we met Service Advisor Doug DaCosta. Doug was great explaining the service/repair process, the applicable warranty and, was personable/professional throughout. The other service folks there were pleasant.
