Nothing but praise for this dealership. I had taken my 2018 Kia Soul EV to my local Kia dealership to have my EV battery checked as I was experiencing issues with it. My local dealership sa I had taken my 2018 Kia Soul EV to my local Kia dealership to have my EV battery checked as I was experiencing issues with it. My local dealership said there was nothing wrong with my battery. I continued to have issues and was told to take it to Lockwood to have them look at it. I was lucky to have gotten Peter Kawa as my mechanic. He was very kind and professional. He listened to my issues and took care of me. My car is now in to have my EV battery replaced due to Peter's proper diagnostic of my car. He's a great mechanic and would recommend him and Lockwood to look after anyone else to have their Kia's issues taken care of. Thanks guys for everything. More

Terrible service. After taking a $1000 deposit on a vehicle I purchased and not sending me the required information for the vehicle I was purchasing they then sold the After taking a $1000 deposit on a vehicle I purchased and not sending me the required information for the vehicle I was purchasing they then sold the vehicle to someone else. Terrible to deal with. Their salesman Lake was supposed to send me a picture of the registration on Monday, couldn’t be reached, the manager was supposed to send it, didn’t. Finally sent it Wednesday night. Then called Thursday to say they’d sold the vehicle. More
