A very professional dealer. I have purchased 2 cars from this dealer and have very little problem with the 2 Lexus I bought from them. However, I did have to go back for a radio I have purchased 2 cars from this dealer and have very little problem with the 2 Lexus I bought from them. However, I did have to go back for a radio and USB power port issues and they handled my 2 service calls with great care, professionalism.and resolved the issues properly. I highly recommend this car and this dealer.. More

I was right! My husband and I were car hunting, but only I was able to go to Lexus for the first time. I dealt with Rick Watson. He was friendly, outgoing and very informative about 2 of the cars of interest. I went home and told my hubby that I found our sales person and car!! A little apprehensive, my husband came on the next visit to London and within a few minutes of talking with Rick, my husband was sold too! My first experience with a L exus dealer was With Lexus of London. Natalie Marsh took care of me and she made feel right at ease and was extremely helpful. She educated with a L exus dealer was With Lexus of London. Natalie Marsh took care of me and she made feel right at ease and was extremely helpful. She educated me with respect to the NX 300 which is the vehicle I am interested in, thanks to my grandson’s suggestion. She also suggested a lease option which I had not previously considered. She introduced me to the general manager who also explained things to me. I am still considering this vehicle and would definitely use this dealership for my purchase and or lease, should I make that vision. More
