My daughter and I have just returned from the Lexus of London dealership where she purchased a new vehicle. Kevin was very pleasant and knowledgeable, at no time did we feel any pressure to purchase. They even have a dedicated person to go over the vehicle with you when you pick it up... and sync your phone up for you (I give that a 11/10!)
