I wanted to write a review to tell everyone how blown away I am by this service departments level of customer service! I recently purchased a new vehicle from the sales side, this was my first new vehicl away I am by this service departments level of customer service! I recently purchased a new vehicle from the sales side, this was my first new vehicle. This was also my first experience with a service department. We have all heard the nightmares and honestly I was braced for the worst when I had a small issue with my truck. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. I have been in to see them 3 times; a warranty issue, a close to full 3m wrap on the truck, and an oil change. When it came to the warranty work, they truly took my issue to heart and made me feel like they were on my side. They were honest, upfront and worked with integrity. Most importantly they were empathetic, especially Fred the manager. My issue was small and cosmetic, but it mattered to me and they made me feel it mattered to them as well. The 3m wrap was done incredibly well and was challenging as I had the box panels wrapped and they are large, fairly intricate panels to cut out. It looks amazing the price was reasonable. They also warrantied a tiny issue I had quickly and with absolutely 0 hassle. The staff are friendly, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Leduc chrysler for your service needs. For the first time in my life I feel like I have an honest mechanic. More

Dawn was amazing. She took care of all my worries and fears and stayed within my budget for work on my 2012 Dodge Ram that I bought from the same dealership. bought 3500 diesel in with major engine noise for a diagnostic-Marco the diesel tech located problem in 30 min that 4 other mechanics could not identify-was the eve of thanksgiving weekend and Dawn hel diagnostic-Marco the diesel tech located problem in 30 min that 4 other mechanics could not identify-was the eve of thanksgiving weekend and Dawn helped me out with a driver-excellent service and problem was fixed .Would recommend diesel tech and MARCO with service advisor DAWN to everyone! More

Extremely happy once again leaving this dealership. I brought my truck in with road tar from driving through a construction zone and the service department had the tar off within a couple of minutes. Excellent Service. Assistant service manager got my truck in fast/same day for waurranty work. Service tech advised Her/me when he noticed anything additional that needed attention. Chuck, the service adviser and the team had done a excellent job in honoring the manufacture warranty repairs, the job is done right, professional and clean, they taking good care of my transportation while my Jeep was in repair wait on parts. I would definitely be a long-term customer and I would recommended this dealership to family and friends for their repair or maintenance needs. More

Outstanding service getting me and my family back home! After picking up my new used truck from another location it became apparent that the truck was not as had been described buying long distance. I visited Leduc Chrysler to diagnose the engine light on my dash before my 10 hour drive home. I was greeted by a friendly and very accommodating service department who expedited my truck into the workshop to diagnose and give me a breakdown of the problem. It turned out that the truck had a serious engine issue and needed a new crankshaft ( a very costly repair). Dawn was quick to break down everything that needed to be done, got the truck on a hoist and started work immediately. They found us a hotel and Chuck drove us over there in his personal vehicle and made sure we had everything we needed. An above and beyond gesture. Dawn kept us up to date of the repairs over the next couple of days and on day three Leduc Chrysler had us back in our vehicle good as new to continue our trip home. I can’t say enough about how polite, empathetic and profesional their handling of our situation was from start to finish. I would highly recommend this location. More

Great customer service!! I had to order a piece for my Jeep it took 1 day to come in. They called me first thing when it came in . I went to the service dept and they fit me I had to order a piece for my Jeep it took 1 day to come in. They called me first thing when it came in . I went to the service dept and they fit me in to put the piece on right away. The staff are very friendly and did a great job! Both parts and service dept were very great to deal with!
