Exceptional Dealership I was shopping for a new 2018 Ram truck and looked in the city but had a bad experience. Coming home I had one more stop to check out my home town Dea I was shopping for a new 2018 Ram truck and looked in the city but had a bad experience. Coming home I had one more stop to check out my home town Dealership which was Leduc Chrysler. I had bought from here previously and had a very good experiences. I explained what I wanted and they Delivered. Yvonne Haugen was my Sales consultant and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Christina Randell did my walk through with ease and such Professionalism and while I was signing paperwork she transferred my generator from my old truck into my new one by her self. Natalia Sotnikova and Dean Mcgill sealed the deal the next day for me. Outstanding Professionals all of them. No pressure sales like you see else where. You tell them what You want and they Deliver every time Great team ,Great Job More

Poor information We purchased a 2017 Grand Caravan and neither USB ports would work. When we took the vehicle in, Christina said we didn't need the USB ports, we coul We purchased a 2017 Grand Caravan and neither USB ports would work. Quality Dealership! Purchased a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Leduc Chrysler during the Chrysler Canada sales event (July ending, 2018). Although I previously owned a Jeep Purchased a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Leduc Chrysler during the Chrysler Canada sales event (July ending, 2018). Although I previously owned a Jeep Cherokee I did test drive the vehicle. This is the 3rd Jeep Cherokee I have owned and Chrysler has continuously improved on the functioning of the transmission. Shifts through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd were very smooth. Although from Edmonton, I chose Leduc Chrysler as on-line deals appeared to be more advantageous than the local market. The staff at Leduc Chrysler were very pleasant and no pressure sales tactics. My only complaint would be that Chrysler Canada offered further sales discounts in August (only a few days after I purchased the vehicle). Although Chrysler Canada’s office was sympathetic, only Leduc Chrysler was willing to offer further compensation. Overall, a positive experience! More

No pressure, easy going... unintimidating The dealership we dealt with (literally) the day before was all high-pressure, big-city attitude... and literally would not let us walk out to think t The dealership we dealt with (literally) the day before was all high-pressure, big-city attitude... and literally would not let us walk out to think things over -- and almost slipped past us the actual Bill of Sale to sign off on, instead of just a $500 hold on the vehicle we were thinking of buying -- all that, after they had tried to convince us a V6 could pull our trailer (when our old V6 vehicle wasn't doing a great job), or that we needed a big truck... Now, contrast this with Leduc Chrysler: we mention what we are looking for, they have one or two on the lot... they show it to us without talking us up to something more expensive... and after a nice low-pressure test drive, we're happy to sign on for the deal. Nice friendly, genuine folks. More

We had a few post-purchase issues that came up, and Lonnie and Christina were extremely helpful and accommodating in taking care of a few replacement parts. Fun fact, buyer beware that many units no longer come with a spare tire or a jack. I don't fault the dealership for this, but I was very surprised to find out I have no spare. For those drivers who change their own tires, I would have liked to have had this discussion and found a solution prior to the sale. More
