Outstanding service getting me and my family back home! After picking up my new used truck from another location it became apparent that the truck was not as had been described buying long distance. I visited Leduc Chrysler to diagnose the engine light on my dash before my 10 hour drive home. I was greeted by a friendly and very accommodating service department who expedited my truck into the workshop to diagnose and give me a breakdown of the problem. It turned out that the truck had a serious engine issue and needed a new crankshaft ( a very costly repair). Dawn was quick to break down everything that needed to be done, got the truck on a hoist and started work immediately. They found us a hotel and Chuck drove us over there in his personal vehicle and made sure we had everything we needed. An above and beyond gesture. Dawn kept us up to date of the repairs over the next couple of days and on day three Leduc Chrysler had us back in our vehicle good as new to continue our trip home. I can’t say enough about how polite, empathetic and profesional their handling of our situation was from start to finish. I would highly recommend this location. More

I purchased a new Ram from Brad McDonald and the service was amazing. Brad doesn’t pressure anyone and goes above and beyond for customer service. The Best Stress Free Dealership. I decided one day that I needed to buy another Vehicle as the Ram 1500 I was driving was too much truck for me so then I gave Cory McMullen a call and I decided one day that I needed to buy another Vehicle as the Ram 1500 I was driving was too much truck for me so then I gave Cory McMullen a call and in less than 24 hours I bought a used Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. My Husband and I have dealt with Cory previously and once again Cory came through with finding me the Vehicle that suited my needs. Thanks once again Cory for making this easy peasy for me. Also Natalia made the Financing go smoothly as well. Great Customer Service. Christina was very knowledgeable about the Jeep I had purchased as she gave me the run down about what all the apps and gadgets functions were all about. She's very helpful. Brad Macdonald is frankly an excellent person who genuinely cares about what people need and not just making the sale. That alone makes it completely worth going to this Dealership. The entire Team that looked after us is very obviously a well oiled machine that gets along well and Is upfront and straightforward with you. Natalia Sotnikova, the Finance Manager was so super easy to talk with. She spent a lot of time going over every detail we needed to ensure every single question was answered and understood. I loved that. Jason Hill and Christina Randell were also lots of help and very good to deal with. We were treated as VIPs from the moment we set foot in the door.
