I Inquired with Leduc Chrysler for a new Ram 1500 Rebel through the website and within minutes I already heard back from Brad. He started out by introducing himself and asking some basic questions. Within a few days he had brought down the truck I wanted ( With all the features/packages) From another dealer. He was very upfront and straight to the point and that is what caught my attention. I made the decision to visit the Dealer to see the truck and I say this without a lie that I was more impressed with the customer relations & service then I was with the truck. Don't get me wrong, the truck was absolutely fantastic and everything I wanted but what made it that much better was the easy communication and the excellent customer service from both Brad & Natalia from Financial. The Salesman, customer relations gal, and finance lady were all so friendly, helpful and thorough. BEST experience EVER buying a vehicle before. Initially going in and picking our vehicle, test drive and were all so friendly, helpful and thorough. BEST experience EVER buying a vehicle before.
