I've learned that the high pressure "sign today" deals are never beneficial to the consumer. The low pressure approach at Leduc Chrysler gives the consumer confidence in his purchase. Drive away, crunch numbers, discuss with the family and make an informed decision. You know you're getting a good deal because your allowed to compare deals. A dealer that lets you walk away is a confident dealer. They know you'll be back because the deal is real and competitive with the market. Trade in value was the best I found, again a dealer that understands business and that both parties need to benefit. The "other guys" are more than happy to give you the lowest trade price (very beneficial to them) and tie a ton of negative equity into your new purchase (not good for the consumer). A fair approach and the best dollar for both parties. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. From familiarizing you with your vehicle to service and part staff introductions. Got the truck I wanted for a great price I found the truck I desired in their inventory and contacted Rob, he got back to me with some pictures and came and picked me up so I could test drive I found the truck I desired in their inventory and contacted Rob, he got back to me with some pictures and came and picked me up so I could test drive the truck. Loved Ram Rebel mopar edition, and all the sweet features this truck has. Angela was personable and kind and expedited the paperwork for me. Terri did a great job as well. I do regret not being asked if I wanted splash guards put on, and tires changed over prior to completing paperwork. All in all a good shopping experience. More
