I have been dealing with Derek Powley, Service Consultant, pretty much exclusively since I purchased my current vehicle at Kelowna Chevrolet in 2016. Derek has consistently gone above and beyond Consultant, pretty much exclusively since I purchased my current vehicle at Kelowna Chevrolet in 2016. Derek has consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate me whether it is scheduling me in for an appointment on short notice or arranging a shuttle ride for me to get to and from work. He is always friendly, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and great at communicating with me to provide updates while my vehicle is in the shop. Derek always makes the experience of dealing with vehicle servicing/repairs much more enjoyable and far easier than other garages I have dealt with in the past. Thanks for all your help Derek. I've been very frustrated with their lack of communication with me and their lack of communication between departments. On 2 seperate occasions. Front and back breaks (recall issue), an alignment issue, a grinding when turning left and a clunk in the back end when stopping and rough idling. I was not told I was not scheduled in until I picked up the truck at the end of the day, after I was the one that reached out to them to see if it was done. It's very inconvenient to arrange my schedule to have them keep the truck all day then find out both times NOTHING was done with it. I feel that I was not treated with respect by Derrik. A simple phone call explaining that they messed up and didn't order parts and can't find the solutions to the issues would have gone along way. But instead he argued with me and gave me lame excuses after another with a condescending attitude. . One of the sales reps heard the entire conversation and was appalled at how I was treated and the situation I've been facing. He followed me out to the parking lot and took the time to listen to me as I was almost in tears. He said they would do his best to personally get to the bottom of this and do his best to make it up to us. I felt listened to and validated. Still don't know how to proceed at this point but as a woman I will never take the truck into them again, my husband will do it. More

My 2009 Pontiac G8 GT blew the top hose off to my radiator on Tuesday Nov 2..I was able to get into the dealership before any damage was done.Derek was able to re-attach the hose and away I went.Got radiator on Tuesday Nov 2..I was able to get into the dealership before any damage was done.Derek was able to re-attach the hose and away I went.Got a far as the highway and the gauge went right off the end.Got back to the store and Derek added 7 litres of antifreeze to the radiator and the problem was solved. The Cost NO CHARGE.I have been bringing my G8 GT to dealership for at least 3 years now and the service has always been excellent Thank you dealership for the Service More

Last week my husband was in contact with Lucas by email regarding a truck and after several emails it was decided we would drive from Merritt to Kelowna to view the truck. An appointment was made for Frida regarding a truck and after several emails it was decided we would drive from Merritt to Kelowna to view the truck. An appointment was made for Friday at 1:00. Friday a.m. we contacted Lucas to say we were on our way and again at 1:02 to say we had been delayed on the Coquihalla due to snow and poor road conditions but we would be there in 15 minutes. Lucas said "see you in 15 minutes". 6 minutes later his manager, Joel called to say they had sold the vehicle an hour prior and that he had emailed us to notify us of that. First of all it was a very inconsiderate thing to do selling it knowing we were on our way and not giving us first refusal, secondly to email us (which we did not get as it went to junk mail) rather than the courtesy of a phone call to notify us of the sale was very unprofessional and thirdly why didn't Lucas the salesman, know and/or mention the sale when we called him at 1:02. We drove 2 1/2 hours in snow and fog in slushy slippery conditions and had to return another 2 1/2 hours home in the same conditions. We incurred not only a nail bitting 5 hr drive but incurred the cost of gas for no purpose. Had Lucas or Joel called us as soon as a local customer showed serious interest in the vehicle we would have turned around and saved ourselves a costly and unpleasant trip. It usually takes a good hour or more before a purchase deal is done so there was plenty of time to notify us so that we were saved the trip or could cut it short. We wrote them an email on our return home stating our dissatisfaction and they didn't even have the decency to reply to the email to apologize or try to make it right. Again, very unprofessional. We will definitely not be giving them any future business and would not recommend them. More
