Disappointed! I walked into this dealership back in January 2017, set on buying a Dodge Ram. I previously owned an F150 and was having a few issues with it, and tho I walked into this dealership back in January 2017, set on buying a Dodge Ram. I previously owned an F150 and was having a few issues with it, and thought I would try a new brand. We were in there for about 3 hours negotiating, and I finally walked away purchasing a 2016 Dodge Ram Sport Package that was a demo. Had about 5K on it at the time of purchase, and was being driven by another Sales rep. Now I don't know if I want to blame this dealership because they sold me this truck, or just the terrible quality of Ram trucks in general, but I have had NOTHING but problems with this Truck since I purchased it. In the winter, the driver side window froze when i tried opening it, and after a few minutes, the GLASS FELL INTO THE DOOR. Imagine driving around in the winter with no window. 2nd major thing, is the fuel sensor went. It's currently back at the dealership getting the fuel pump replaced as well as a new gas tank needs to be put in. Turns out the 2016 dodge rams have an endless list of issues. Third thing is the screen on the back up camera goes BLACK some times when i try to back up. I have to restart the truck for it to kick in. That's also being replaced as we speak. On top of it, there are 2 recalls right now. #1 The cruise control MIGHT not de-activate, and #2 tailgate actuator limiter tab may fracture and cause the tailgate to unlatch and open while driving. (which has happened to me). I'm a VERY unhappy customer. But I will say, if you're in the area the technicians at the Richmondhill Chrysler have been great in helping me fix these issues and have not been giving me any hassles. Having said that, I probably would never buy a Dodge Ram again! More

Had to go back and forth to get the missing pieces even though they had assured me everything was there. tire sensors were incorrectly installed. had to go back they took 4.5 hours to replace sensors. I watched the guys and they had 4 guys working on another car. Advisor said "they are working on yours" lier More
