The dealership is pleasant and efficient without a lot of expensive infrastructure that has to be paid for ultimately by the customers. I purchased a 2021 Seltos for my wife and we both like it a lot. The sales department was no pushover but we found the deal that we both found agreeable. The Seltos has all the features we want without being too “precious”. Service department has been attentive. More

They let us decide what and how much would be done. No pressure. The loaned us a beautiful 2020 KIA Soul overnight at no extra charge. We are very pleased with the work done. Kolbi and Mike always answer emails and make appointments as quickly as possible and try to keep my costs down. During this very trying time of the COVID 19 crisis, Kolbi went out of her way to accommodate me in terms of being able to keep my isolating pretty much intact, and as a senior (who me?) I really appreciate it. I know when I go there that the work is done well, and they stand behind it. I really thank them for that and it deserves a good review. :) More

Mike suggested what the problem could be and had me immediately come in for service. As I live on a Gulf Island this meant taking a ferry and driving to the dealership. When I arrived Mike immediately confirmed the problem. I was reassured this was not a major problem and anything wrong could be fixed. Within 2 hours I was on my way with a washed/vacuumed car and the problem solved. There has never been anything short of excellent service from this department. I will continue to have the dealership where I purchased my car take care of the car and me. More
