We visited the Dealership to have our Kia Sorento serviced. While we were waiting, we were approached and greeted courteously by a smiling sales Representative, who introduced himself as Marcelo Suv serviced. We had no intention of replacing our second car, but I had had my "eye" on the Kia Soul for some time. My 2008 Honda Civic had very low mileage, so it was difficult for me to consider replacing it at this time. Marcelo was very knowledgeable about the product, and showed me all the features. He suggested that I bring my car to the dealership to determine trade-in-value. We made an appointment to return in a few days and that is when it was made to happen! Marcelo took us on a lengthy test drive and I had the opportunity to :"feel" the way that the Soul performed. We returned to the office and wrote the offer. We received a very good trade-in value and with the expert help of Jeremy, I was driving a 2013 Kia Soul the same afternoon!. Marcelo was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and demonstrated every aspect of the new version. (of which there are too many to name) I had not intended to purchase a new vehicle at this time but was so impressed by the features of the 2014 Rondo that I moved ahead. Marcelo and Mike (service manager) gave me confidence that I would be well looked after for follow up servicing and further demos for all the new devices on this car. Thanks to all. Mike and Kolbi in service are always honest, friendly, and explain things well. i trust them Implicitly:) Teri in parts is also very knowledgeable and a real "behind the scenes" support. Alan, the shuttle driver is prompt, courteous and always friendly and entertaining.I haven't met Christine in the service booking and follow up department, yet-but her phone manner is wonderful and she is very efficient. I am SO happy that i chose KIA and i continue to tell friends and neighbors and suggest that they go there, too! Sincere thank you to my team at KIA from a very happy customer:) More
We have bought 2 kia cars from Harris Kia- in 2011- a Kia Forte 5 and in 2012 a Sorrento 4 cyl- we dealt in sales with Roy and Grant - subsequently we thought the Forte was using too much gas so Dave Bare, t Forte 5 and in 2012 a Sorrento 4 cyl- we dealt in sales with Roy and Grant - subsequently we thought the Forte was using too much gas so Dave Bare, the General Manager took it upon himself to work with me to ensure it was meeting standards- I was amazes- almost to the exact published standards- what dedication. The Service Personnel are great and have met our needs to 100% expectations. A person worth mentioning as a qualified knowledgeable person is the parts person, Teri, who has a real ability to spec excellent tires- both our vehicles have new snow tires and Teri picked them right on- what a huge difference in stability as we move back and forth from Parksville to Nanaimo and back almost every day. Teri's partner at the parts desk is also extremely helpful. Overall I cannot say enough good things about this group of real professionals and our friends who have also purchased vehicles here were just as pleased. John and Barb Bishop Parksville More
I bought my Sorento SX a year ago from Harris Kia. Since then, all my experiences with the service department are excellent. Especially Mike House is a very experienced and accomodating Manager. I actually feel like at home when I come in for my regular service. Also, Kolbi is very nice,she has always a friendly smile on her face. But the whole staff seems to be very happy, friendly and really motivated. I only can recommend this dealership to others. I for sure will purchase my next vehicle from here again. As for the Sorento, I love this vehicle and definitely will stick with the same model once I decide to get a new one. Thanks again....Herb Schwan More

Teri from parts dept. went above & beyond to help me with my Kia Soul even though I didn't even purchase my vehicle from there. She was amazing and because of her I would absolutely recommend the deale with my Kia Soul even though I didn't even purchase my vehicle from there. Had a service appt for our 2008 Sportage and ended up buying a 2011 Sorrento and traded our 2008 Sportage for a 2008 Saturn Sky. We traded in our 2006 Kia sportage and had actually decided never to go with that particular dealership again because of past experiences. I have to be honest and say that the efforts that have been made to make us feel like we are appreciated, have been tremendous. From the original sale of the sorrento and the maintenance that we have endurred so far to the arranging of a loaner vehicle and the driving us around to destinations while our vehivle was being serviced, have been above and beyond anything i would ever expect from a dealership. Thanks to Darren in sales and Mike in service as well as all the other drivers and financing people that have helped us out, I am very appreciative of everthing that has been done to help us out and i am currently using the dealership to find us another vehicle for my business as well.
