Rachel Roy truly earns the title of Sales Professional in that she's knowledgable, helpful, friendly and actually cares about what you want and need. She offers usable advice, treats you with respect and strives to make sure your time spent with her is more than worthwhile. Rachel wants every one of her customers to feel comforable refering others to her and will go to the ends of the earth to make sure that privledge is earned. Everyone at the dealership is very much on the same page and that shows when it comes to Sales Manager Roy Berentson. Like Rachel, he believes that customers are earned and together they do a fantastic job of proving that. That professionalism is carried through to Jeremy Allen in the Finance Office. Jeremy is very well informed when it comes to financing and protection products and actually takes the time to get to know you and your situation before presenting individually customized options. Nowhere through the entire process do you feel pressured and when you finally drive away in your new vehicle (like I did), you'll do so feeling great about all the well informed decisions you made. Grant took my husband for a test drive of the Kia Rio on our first visit. He was very professional and straightforward. He gave us all the information we needed with no pressure to buy right away. My husband returned a few days later to test drive the Kia Forte with Marcelo. Marcelo clearly takes great pride in his work and really believes in the cars and company. We returned that evening to finalize the purchase. Marcelo was very patient and helpful and didn't make us feel rushed despite it being late in the day. We also had our two young children with us. The Sales Manager Roy took time to talk to us about our down payment options, which I really appreciated as he brought up some choices I hadn't considered. Jeremy (Financial Services Manager) was very understanding as our plans changed and we weren't able to meet with him as planned. He was very easy to communicate with via email, and sent us a large amount of information that way so we could review it before coming in. Jeremy was able to give us a number of great financing options and didn't once try to sell us on something we didn't want or need. Buying a car can be very stressful and we've all heard horror stories of car salesmen. Our experience was very peaceful and friendly. Harris Kia is full of good people! Thanks to all of you. More

We looked at a vehicle that Rachel was showing us. We had a few concerns with a clunking in the front end. She adressed our concerns with great care. She was not pushy at all. After my purchase Kolbi in the service department was extremely nice and explained the new type of air in the tires, and the service schedule over the long term so I would not be surprised with a large service bill at different intervals over the life of the car.
