Had a service appt for our 2008 Sportage and ended up buying a 2011 Sorrento and traded our 2008 Sportage for a 2008 Saturn Sky. That would be our only complaint, that there was no stock in the model to chose from but being the brand new model it was not their fault. Prior to our experience with Harris Kia, we did not believe such quality of service and true dedication to the customer existed in the market. We really appreciated Tim's highly knowledgeable, yet down-to-earth style. We felt enabled to make a clear decision with which we were comfortable. When our personal choices presented challenges, Roy, Randy, Jeremy, Tim and the team went above and beyond the 'call of duty', with repeated emphasis that our safety and satisfaction was their top priority. We always felt respected by their quality of professionalism. Finally, the team were gracious hosts to our 4 small children, enabling us to take the time needed when vehicle shopping. We traded in our 2006 Kia sportage and had actually decided never to go with that particular dealership again because of past experiences. I have to be honest and say that the efforts that have been made to make us feel like we are appreciated, have been tremendous. From the original sale of the sorrento and the maintenance that we have endurred so far to the arranging of a loaner vehicle and the driving us around to destinations while our vehivle was being serviced, have been above and beyond anything i would ever expect from a dealership. Thanks to Darren in sales and Mike in service as well as all the other drivers and financing people that have helped us out, I am very appreciative of everthing that has been done to help us out and i am currently using the dealership to find us another vehicle for my business as well.
