No mechanical problem, but some oil had dripped on to a support bracket under the engine when oil was being drained or added. Mechanic cleaned it up . no further problem. Good service from shuttle driver. More

He allowed as much time as was needed to make our decision without any pressure being put onto us to buy. The only drawback was that the vehicle was to be delivered to Hamilton by midweek and it wasn't. I waited until the end of the week to finally end up calling to see if there was any problem as I had not heard anything. As it turned out Jay was off a couple days at the time and I felt that the people that had answered my calls on his behalf didn't have the time to talk to me and tell me what was going on....when I got off the phone with them I still did not know what was going on or what was holding up the delivery of the truck. Once able to talk to Jay, I knew exactly what was happening and got my truck delivered as promised...I appreciate complete honesty and I feel Jay is an honest and trustworthy individual and yes I would definately tell people about Kia and send them there for their new car :) More

I have been waiting for this day since I was 16 months old(litterally). Oh wow, my first car, bought from nowhere else but Georgetown Kia. I love my new Forte and the many features it has.
