Kept trying to convince me to try the forte SX they had on the lot but i was not interested in that car at the time...eventually i gave in and took the forte for a drive...and a few days later (on my birthday) i picked up the car. Have to say Jay was right - i love the car and am very happy with the decision. 5 weeks later he met up with my husband and they settled a deal for a gmc truck...so in a matter of 5 weeks we bought 2 cars from Jay - that says a lot!! I went there to buy a used cuv/suv nd spent most of Saturday driving various makes of vehicles. We could not find the right right fit until Chris finally said he had one more option which was a 2011 So Saturday driving various makes of vehicles. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The only thing I did find a bit annoying was that I did not find out that the vehicle had been in a "minor" accident until I was about to sign the deal. The only minor problem was that when we drove home, we experienced some frustration with road vibration; the wheel balance appears to severely off. I'm taking the car to a local tire dealer to have this redone. Not a major problem, but it should have been checked. More

Brian Penner was my sales rep very passionate funny and worked to get me the deal I wanted. Shawn the sales manager was a real guy you could relate to and talk with not the bad guy in the other office. Mohsin went to every length to get the best financing available for me.
