Hello Abe I'm sorry you feel that we did not treat you fairly. It is never our intention to upset any of our clients. Unfortunately we were not able to honour our original offer price to purchase your vehicle on Dec 29th because there was additional damage done to the vehicle when you brought it back in on January 18th. I have viewed the photographs of the vehicle before and after and the damage is substantial. If the vehicle was in the same condition we would of course honour the amount as we have done hundreds of times in the past. we would have to spend additional money to repair the extra damages. Ok back to the damages,the damages were there on December 29th and Jamal saw them and offered us $6200 because he knew we had to come back with in 2 weeks or later. We showed up 3 weeks later there was not any extra damage on the car at all absolutely not,specially when we didn’t use the car at all,so on Jan 15th I called Jamal to make an appointment with him,he said some one else will help me because he was off that day,first f that was a lie because when I got there Jamal was in the office not off. Why did he lie he was off and he told some other sales person to offer me only $3000? Mr Hass tell your Staff to be fair and honest to their customers. We purchased 2 cars with your dealership and these two cars would be the last we ever buy from your dealership,unless you keep your word what you offered us in first place.
