Looking for this particular vehicle started to become a chore and then I met Addy. Not only was he knowledgable but he was a pleasure to deal with. I've leased many cars in my 25 years of running a business . From Mazdas to Toyotas, from Hyundai to BMWERS and all the car salemen were just that. Salesmen, except for Addy. He made you feel like he was your friend. I was amazed!! He even came out on a Sunday to my home on his dime to pick up some paperwork. I was stunned. I even told him, I'd hire you for my business if you were a sound engineer. Addy has amazing people skills and trust me in my business its key because I deal with people and clients each and everyday. I will buy from him again. He didn't try to push me or bully me into purchasing something higher priced or with more options then I needed he understood and respected what I could afford and never once made me feel uncomfortable. I had previously been at 2 Ford Dealership lots last week. 1 that ignored me completely during my visit and the other one continued to try and push me into purchasing something that had a payment plan that would have left me strapped financially. Doug was kind, friendly, listened to me and went over every detail of the purchase with me. I went to many other dealerships in the area and spoke with many other car salesmen, but they all just talked about numbers and things you didn't understand anyways. When I finally got to Erin wood ford I ran into the main manager Nick who was so kind and helpful. He said that our price range was "do able" and would help make us happy and safe. We went onto looking at cars in the used car area where they had such great staff. Orlando explained everything is such easy to understand terms that's didn't make you feel like you knew nothing about cars, we told him what we liked and wanted and he brought us to the perfect car. Manger Mike was kind and understanding regarding price and customer satisfaction. Financial guy Stewert made all the numbers work and explained eveyeing to you with ease. I recently decided to check out Erinwood based on their prices of the Fiesta ST ($1000 less than most other Ford dealerships) plus it's Ford Employee I recently decided to check out Erinwood based on their prices of the Fiesta ST ($1000 less than most other Ford dealerships) plus it's Ford Employee Pricing month. I came to find that they had a CPO Focus ST available on the show room floor. It didn't take long for Roxy to see my eyes light up when he asked me if I'd like to test drive. Without any pressure Roxy was able to help me find my Ford, and with Nick's help - at a price I liked. Not to mention my trade-in offer was very competitive to selling privately, without the hassle! Adam provided me with information about financing as well as offer some prime prices on warranty and rust protection. Thanks Erinwood Ford for a great experience and a great car!
