Erinwood Ford Service I attended Erinwood Ford to get a slow tire leak checked. I did not have an appointment but Etta greeted me immediately and was very friendly and prof I attended Erinwood Ford to get a slow tire leak checked. I did not have an appointment but Etta greeted me immediately and was very friendly and professional. She had my tire checked right away. While I was waiting the sales person who sold me the vehicle, Martin Menzies, was there and checked in to see if everything was ok. He even check with Etta to see what was wrong with my tire. Unfortunately they were unable to detect the source of the leak but Etta told me that the tire pressure was topped up and to come back in if it went down. I returned three days later and was greeted by Etta again who had the tire inspected immediately. The technician noticed that the valve stem and tire pressure monitor was problem. It was replaced under warranty without any issues. In the past 15 months since purchasing my vehicle from Erinwood Ford I've had nothing but positive experiences everytime I've walked in the doors. I have recommended Erinwood Ford to my friends and colleagues due to the friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff that they employ. Keep up the good work! More
