In speaking to Dave, the owner, having a business owner background is a common trait he looks for in his sales people. It shows. On the personal side Mark is also an extremely dynamic individual who cares deeply for his children. This stuff may sound cheesy and is not be a prerequisite for someone I deal with (on a one off basis) but it drives repeat business and builds long-term trust. On my Raptor, I have a friend who is still waiting on his 2017 Raptor (if he gets it at all as he ponders if his dealer is reselling it higher?). I got mine red carpet and on time!
