Birthday Present Purchasing a new car always a challenge, months ago in early 2017 I was impressed with the Energi version of the Fusion when I saw it at Ford Erinwood Purchasing a new car always a challenge, months ago in early 2017 I was impressed with the Energi version of the Fusion when I saw it at Ford Erinwood show room for the first time and I had a friendly informative discussion with Victor Chacon at the time but I wasn't decided yet to get into a new car, couple of weeks ago happened I went to the show room to inquire about a warranty I already have and by coincident I met Victor and again with his friendly attitude he spent the time to explain to me some issues in my warranty for my other ford and again we shared the latest information about the Fusion Energi ,price incentivise latest technologies on the car which make me think seriously to get one. In a snowy evening on January 29 were I decided to have a 2018 Ford fusion that's when I met Victor to finalize the sale and I asked to receive the car the next day which happened to be my birthday so it was less than 24 hours, with dedication and excellent customer service and perfect coordination between Victor and carol all the paper work was done with a promise they will do their best to make the car delivered next day. And they did it; I had the call and went to find my amazing Ford Fusion is ready to go.
