The entire process from beginning to end was very professional and easy. Addy is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and has really good energy. He showed me F150's from the high range to the low range and never did I feel pressured at all to buy a more expensive product. Addy ensured that every truck I tested had the features that I had outlined as being necessary. He was available with information and to answer all the questions that I had in a prompt and professional manner. Addy Seth and George Hill made themselves available during their days off and the level of service that I received was definitely above and beyond. As a single woman going into a dealership to purchase a truck, it can be a little intimidating. This process, however, was made easier by dealing with George Hill and Addy Seth, who don't pressure or force you to make a decision. They act with integrity and in an ethical fashion and this hasn't always been my experience with other dealerships. On the day of delivery, Addy spent over an hour explaining to me how the new gadgets and technology worked. This was a much different vehicle than my 2012 F150 and there was a lot to learn. He was patient in explaining everything and ensuring that my phone connected to the truck. I really can't say enough good things about George and Addy and the overall experience purchasing this truck. I am thrilled with my new F150 and would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Addy Seth and Erinwood Ford. More

We met with both John Isaac and Chris the Sales Manager. I must say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We talked, we built a relationship and we left in a vehicle. I don't even remember discussing price it was that easy. I highly recommend either of these two individuals if you're looking for a Pre-owned Ford vehicle. They might as well have been the dealer owner they took so much care into making us a customer and Ford family member for life. You are both exceptional and I hope whoever from your team that reads this recognizes you for your excellent customer service. More
Don't Trust Them! Took my 2013 Ford Focus in for a Warranty Covered Transmission recall and was informed that my no obvious concerns car was desperately in need of $170 Took my 2013 Ford Focus in for a Warranty Covered Transmission recall and was informed that my no obvious concerns car was desperately in need of $1700 in repairs. Warranty work did need to be done (also tech said 5 others he saw that day needed to be done too and they would book me in next wk). I refused the EXTRA repairs and took it to a local mechanic who found one major issue. He said it is VERY UNCOMMON for that part to go naturally on a car this age (Gasket appeared to be torn). Total repair cost including oil change $400. Called Ford to complain and they told me to take it back to them and say these exact words "Ford Canada has instructed me to tell you that I am here for Warranty Work ONLY". If I ever have to go back to this dealership for warranty work I will take it to another mechanic first for a once over. More

Lunch break again? Second time I have brought my vehicle in for service and have had an issue. First visit, I was told my tires were rotated (on the paperwork) when they Second time I have brought my vehicle in for service and have had an issue. First visit, I was told my tires were rotated (on the paperwork) when they actually weren't done. Regardless of the wear on the tires, do NOT indicate that a service has been completed when it hasn't. Both recent visits, my vehicle was finished within a timely manner, but my service person was "on lunch" and hadn't "gotten around to calling me yet". (Direct quote) Is it not possible for another person to make calls when vehicles are ready? Today it was 2 hours for an oil change and only because I saw my vehicle in the lot did I know it was done. I am not pleased with the service, and although the building is beautiful, I'll likely purchase my next vehicle elsewhere. More
