Right away he was able to point us in the right direction in which made our shopping experience easy and quick. The dealership has very good inventory levels, Mark was able to present the vehicle of our choice quickly. He took his time to explain all of the necessary features of the vehicle before we took it for a test drive. Upon picking up our new vehicle, Mark went over all of the vehicle features. Mark also took his time to set up our smartphone with the vehicle's media system. In summary I would recommend the dealership Erinwood Ford and our sales consultant Mark Maguire to everyone. More

Deflated Experience purchase of 2018 F150 Lariat. I’ve been purchasing vehicles at Erinwood Ford since 1997, my experience’s here with the Business office (Carol Buckwald), & the service department, I’ve been purchasing vehicles at Erinwood Ford since 1997, my experience’s here with the Business office (Carol Buckwald), & the service department, specifically (Joe Ingel), have been FANTASTIC, smooth great experience, treated like family, that will never change. My last truck purchased here was September 2015, Ford F-150 Lariat, I dealt with a fantastic gentleman Mr. John Primo, who for the better part of 15 years, took excellent care of my purchasing needs. Recently, May 30 th /18, I bought another 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat, but felt very deflated after picking up the vehicle. My salesman Mr. Townsend was very difficult to reach, I’d leave messages, would be days before he’d return my calls. I think, in this business, following up is Critical! My truck was factory ordered, I made a change many weeks before the build, and Mr. Townsend said there would be no problem, the rims I asked for were NOT Chrome, but 20” Machined aluminum, with Grey -Painted Pockets, I’m not sure where he got confused, or he failed to add it to the build in time. There were some other issues, I will not elaborate, but going forward I regret that I will not purchase another car or truck from this salesman. I was reluctant to leave a comment, but to be a better dealership, you have to take the good with the bad, hopefully learn from the negative, to make the future experiences in future better. More

From greeting me as I rolled in with my truck for service, polite friendly and attentive to my service The service team at Erinwood Ford is the best! From greeting me as I rolled in with my truck for service, polite friendly and attentive to my service requests !! Once at the service desk again I was given the time and attention to ensure the proper maintenance issues were being complete..they even went as far as giving me the opportunity to discuss with the mechanic my concern as I was preparing to take the F150 on a road trip!! He explained everything and put my mind at ease..just some minor warranty work and I would be on the road to Saratoga Springs, NY! Then the shuttle service to and from Square One, while my truck was being serviced was first class!! Polite and fun drives.!! A big shout out to the Service Team! More

I visited a dozen dealerships when looking for my new car and I found Addy to be the best customer service rep I spoke with. He was honest, efficient, polite, and respectful; he answered all my questions/concerns without talking down to me, didn't try to pressure me into making a purchase or up sell me, admitted when he was unsure of a question answer, and generally didn't play any of the games you usually get with car salesmen. I visited a Ford dealership closer to home after going to the Erinwood Auto Mall and then returned to Ford Erinwood instead of leasing at my local Ford dealership largely because of Addy's good customer service. The reason for my lower star rating for the dealership overall is because I found their finance staff to be less friendly and not as knowledgeable as I'd like. For example, I had to tell them that paying for a lease in full upfront is cheaper than monthly payments, and there was a large delay in letting me know about a new leaser discount. Nevertheless, I still recommend Erinwood Ford as one of the more honest and polite car dealerships you'll find with a good amount of knowledge! More

Martin helped me to decide on getting the 2018 Ford Edge and made sure that I got everything on it that I wanted. He was there every step of the way, giving me notifications on the progress of my new vehicle. The pickup process was just as fantastic.
