Loyal Customer Trade In Ripped Off Purchased a 2014 Focus which had transmission issues (Ford, not dealer problem). Back and forth to dealer many times with no permanent fixes. Traded the car in for new car recently as I didn't feel safe driving the Focus. Very low mileage, excellent condition all around. Gave me peanuts for the car (all it is worth based on the sales person who I've dealt with for four years) and turned around and sold it for twice as much a few weeks later making a $4k to $5k profit. I've sent three friends to buy cars from this dealership. I feel ripped off given my loyalty to this dealer, instead of giving me a fair deal they short changed me. I know they have to make a profit but this is excessive. More
