This is my 6th trip back to Erinwood Ford. It’s always a great experience. I used to deal with Stewart and Raj. Since they have both moved on, I was hooked up with a new salesaman Habib Ahmed. He is great, he knew each of the vehicles in their inventory almost to the kilometres on the vehicles. I was shopping for an F150 and had one in mind I found on the erinwood website. Habib knew exactly where it was and could tell me the complete history of the truck. He was true to his word getting me a tonneau cover, hat, and a full tank of fuel all at his cost. Can’t thank him enough for the amazing service, from getting me into my new truck and getting me the best price for my trade. I truly recommend Habib if you’re looking for used vehicle. He will get the job done!!!! More

I left my neighbourhood and travelled past several Ford dealerships to get to Erinwood Ford after hearing Greg Carasco, on the radio, provide great feedback of the dealership. Their website was great and listed several 2024 new trucks for sale. Unfortunately, by the time I visited the dealership in person the truck I wanted had been sold. This is where Lucasz Dulny came in - he was great at helping me find something similar. He went out of his way to get me the most for my trade-in and even posted it on a industry auction site to get me as much as possible for it. He combined a good offer for my trade-in with a competitive price for the truck I wanted and we settled on a deal I was very happy with. Lucasz has followed up several times over the last few weeks since I bought the truck and has been great answering questions post-sale. The purchase was at the top of my budget so there was no way I was going to get an extended warranty, but Adam Pellegrin performed some magic and found a way to make it work and I drove off the lot a very happy guy with a new truck and a bit of insurance for down the road. I love my truck and sincerelty appreciate the knowledge, professionalism and willingness from Lucasz and Adam to help me get what I wanted. More

I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2021 Explorer Limited from Erinwood Ford. When I arrived I was greeted by Martin Menzies and Matt Trueman. Martin Menzies proceeded to assist us. He proceeded to show us the vehicle and allowed us to test drive it while he appraised my trade in. He went over the various features of the vehicle with us. He introduced us to Ali Sharafeldin who appraised our vehicle- we agreed on a price and moved forward with the purchase. Martin introduced us to Adam Pellegrin who assisted us with the bill of sale. He went over the extended warranty options with us and answered all of our questions. As a result, we moved forward with the extended warranty on the vehicle. Martin was very accommodating with the delivery date for the vehicle. He had it ready as promised. The vehicle was delivered in pristine condition to us. We had a wonderful experience with Martin Menzies, Adam Pellegrin, Ali Sharafeldin, Matt Trueman and Graham Townsend. Great team effort and professionalism was shown by the Erinwood Ford Team.
