Extremely disappointed I feel like I got scammed. I purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang over a month ago and just after one week I had to bring it back for service because I exper I feel like I got scammed. I purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang over a month ago and just after one week I had to bring it back for service because I experienced 3 major issues: the back bumper wasn't properly attached, the clips were sticking out and there was a gap between the bumper and the fender. The interior of the car (dashboard) was coming apart and, there was a loud noise coming from the front of the vehicle when I was turning the wheel. The first 2 issues were resolved however, the noise is still there and I was told that it will be fixed within a week. That was almost a month ago and no one has contacted me nor even returned my phone calls. They made a commitment to fix it in one week and instead of at least updating me on the status they just decided to ignore me and treat me like this issue does not concern them at all. Another issue is that they miscalculated my bi-weekly payments so now I'm paying more than I was initially told. Their excuse was that I provided them with wrong information on my previous car loan which I transferred onto my new vehicle (my loan was apparently higher than I claimed it was). The funny part is that they told me not to worry, they will contact the bank on my behalf, that everything will be taken care of including loan transfer which means the mistake was on their part because I had ZERO involvement in this process. Why do they have great reviews? They tell you to put in good word before you drive off the lot. Absolutely terrible experience. More

Efficient, informative and customer focused. I started the process with a phone call to Martin who immediately went to work finding a car that suited my needs. Within the hour, I had the price in I started the process with a phone call to Martin who immediately went to work finding a car that suited my needs. Within the hour, I had the price information I requested and suitable vehicle options. He was able to work with my tight schedule and met me the following day. Once I arrived, he treated me like a long time valued customer and made me more inclined to work with him as opposed to other dealerships. He did not force me into a sale, instead he helped me to come to that conclusion myself as he provided quick feedback and put all of my concerns to rest. After the purchase, a scratch was found. Martin jumped to action and worked to get it fixed immediately. For these reasons and many others that I have not listed, I would rate my service 5/5 and plan to come back to Martin in the future because of it. More
