I liked the fact they handed me the keys and see you later test drive giving me ample time to assess the vehicle without a sales person present. The staff I dealt were friendly and personable, I genuinely felt they were being up front during the entire experience. At no time did they apply pressure. Missing winter tires I made an appointment to have my winter tires, which had been stored by Erinwood Ford, installed. When I arrived they could not find my tires in their shop although there was indications that the tires had been delivered a few days before. After being assured that my tires would be found I left the shop and waited two days for a call. When the call came it was from Shawn Moon, the Assistant Service Manager, who indicated that the my tires could not be found however he stated that new steel wheels and brand new winter tires where being prepared and that they would be installed that afternoon. Service Advisor Gillian Motie and Shawn Mood took a negative situation and turned it into positive experience which reinforced my belief that the staff at Erinwood Ford is the best in the business . Heart set on a Leaf truck! I put in a call to Mark Maguire at Erinwood Ford. It was time for a truck and my heart was set on a Toronto Maple Leaf F150. Mark got the truck on site and Raj, took me through all the options. The financing team was awesome. Very efficient and helpful. Carol went so far as suggest an option for my existing car (not affecting Erinwood) that I hadn't considered. It was an excellent suggestion and I have taking it. I got my truck all clean and shiny in under 3 days. Winter mats included. Extra warranty as it was a demo. I would definitely go to Erinwood again and most definitely recommend their dealership!
