Above and beyond...again! I purchased a 2018 F150 from Addy in February, my second F150 from Erinwood. Last week, I contacted Addy with a simple question about the warranty. H I purchased a 2018 F150 from Addy in February, my second F150 from Erinwood. Last week, I contacted Addy with a simple question about the warranty. He dug deeper into my inquiry and when he found out I was having an electrical issue, he arranged the service appointment on my behalf for 2 days later, much sooner than I was able to arrange on my own. He also arranged and paid for me to have an F150 as a rental and told me to call him if I had any issues on the day of service...even though it was his day off! A sales person arranging my service appointment-- wow! I can't say enough good things about Addy and Erinwood. Thank you, once again, for all of your help and for exceeding my expectations. More
