He was patient, and simply amazing. This experience was so unlike the few others I have had to endure in other places (none of them Ford). As Lukasaz was working the numbers, I was trying to figure if I could afford the monthly payment and Raj came up and together they said they got the numbers wrong and the new numbers were less than the one I was working with. I wouldn't have been any wiser had they not come up on their own, but they did and that is why I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to them ALWAYS. The finance department was also so friendly and prompt. I sent the documents to them and they processed them within hours. In fact I remember them calling despite one of them (and I am sorry I cannot recollect the name) while on a holiday/break. I mean just think about it - honest, going out of the way to ensure prompt processing, no xxxxxxxx, simple, smiling, friendly and delightful. And the car itself is amazing and I absolutely love it. Could a new immigrant ask for a more friendlier welcome to this fantastic country? Erinwood Ford - you have set such a high benchmark it is practically impossible for anyone else to beat.
