Salesman doing more than sales..WHAT A SURPRISE! Came in for an oil change on my 2018 Ford Fusion..gave my key to Peter. Talked with Martin..mentioned that i was having issues with some drifting, and Came in for an oil change on my 2018 Ford Fusion..gave my key to Peter. Talked with Martin..mentioned that i was having issues with some drifting, and also wanted to know if i could disable my reminder horn. Martin took it upon himself to make sure he helped with some things we talked about. He was sure we couldn't disable the reminder horn. He connected me with Barry to check on the tires/alignment and the horn..and i got some great help! Barry was quick and excellent!! He immediately told me No on the reminder horn (fine) and looked at my tires, telling me that i was getting sliding/drifting because of the wear on my tires..and would need to replace them soon. All of that, and i got out of there in like just over 1h!! Great work..that helped me get on with my day! Martin REALLY took care of me!
