My pleasant experience of purchasing my new Ford Escape I originally was going to go to the competition but my daughter has built a great relationship with Chev ( she is saving for a new F150)that she said I originally was going to go to the competition but my daughter has built a great relationship with Chev ( she is saving for a new F150)that she said no mom go to Chev - so I did - and he took such great care in the fact to make sure that I was to get a vehicle that was going to suit all of my purposes and last me a long time . Also coming in what I can afford -- Chev is treats you like family - ensures that you are totally comfortable with all aspects of your purchase - and the financial administrator Mary was so pleasant and explained everything so well - the Erinwood Ford has a fantastic team -- keep up with what you are doing -- its GREAT .. and I have already recommended many friends and family I know.. Oh yah my brother is so jealous of my Escape and the great deal I got ... thanks again. More

They were pleasant, helpful, and relaxed, we discussed our needs, looked at our preferred vehicle, and without any pressure gave us agreeable options for purchase and trade-in. Once we had made our decision, the process was smooth, easy, and straightforward, additional kudos to Adam who got all our paperwork in order. We picked up our vehicle a few days later, and have been enjoying it since. There is a reason these guys are rated TOPS in customer satisfaction. When the car we liked ran out of stock, he didn’t push us to buy other car available, he helped us to find a car from other place. he also told us we can trade in our almost dead car and get $1000!
