Doug knows his trade and brought all of that knowledge and experience to the forefront. He was able to answer any and all questions for us and had the car and all requisite paperwork ready for us on pick up. The dealership was absolutely prepared to deal with buyers during this unusual time - we felt absolutely safe and secure. There was no wasted time on site - we were on the road with our new Explorer just about as quickly as you can imagine. If anyone I know is looking for a Ford - well, I've got a guy for that! More
