We were looking at 2019's but in the end we got 2020's for the same price and my wife got a better model then she what she originally looking at. He worked endlessly to get us what we wanted. It was such a pleasure dealing with Doug. Strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a Ford. He also knows the product very well! Also Carol in Finance was amazing as well. I confess, I already loved the vehicle I test drove and leased but his treatment of my wife and I sealed the deal. Mark after introduced us to the nicest finance lady I’ve ever dealt with, Mary Murphy. She was the female version of Mark. Unfortunately I didn’t meet or deal with many more at Erinwood Ford but Mark and Mary alone make purchasing a vehicle there worth it. More
