I found this dealership to be very disappointing, the Cadillac we purchased was not clean …after i pointed out the headlight not cleaned from glue the second time still wasn’t cleaned, interior still ha Cadillac we purchased was not clean …after i pointed out the headlight not cleaned from glue the second time still wasn’t cleaned, interior still have glue from stickers on the door .. the headliner wasn’t clean… no carpet or seats freshened up… mats thrown in on the unclean carpets … window shield had to be cleaned by us before we could drive … over charged for floor mats my understanding Nick was including them in price of the vehicle .. and I feel we were over charged on the under coat… my understanding that they do undercoat on all there vehicle … I was not thinking there was Hugh upcharge … when we were there to purchase we were offered lunch, coffee ext… we found Nick was very accommodating and then kept his distance not even bother to say Hello when we came to pickup …also we were told we needed to book for oil change on a new purchase… problems with phones and other electronics… we will not recommend this dealership or return for service… very poor customer relationship.. Nothing was too much trouble for them as they guided us step by step though the purchase of our new Cadillac XT5, giving us all the information we needed to make our decision.
