Fun and friendly I don’t usually do reviews or give 5 stars but having dealt with another dealership in the past it sure was nice to have the knowledge and the concern I don’t usually do reviews or give 5 stars but having dealt with another dealership in the past it sure was nice to have the knowledge and the concerns of our vehicle addressed when we were looking for a newer vehicle we had mentioned a couple other products that we were looking at that were not ford built and Zach called the next day to ask how we liked the other products so it is nice to see some dealerships do show care Zach and the team were knowledgeable on the EDGE my wife and I purchased and they weren’t pushy on us which made us feel comfortable. We would recommend a visit to courtesy ford to see Zach and see if they could help with your next purchase they are friendly and really helpful More

I believe that when you are in sales, it is an expectation to treated professionally and with respect. I had the pleasure of working with David Gibbs who is a sales representative for Courtest Ford. To say I was treated professionally and with respect is a complete understatement. I’m not going to get into details about my deal, but I have no idea how they did what they did so quickly. Outstanding service from the moment I arrived, someone had greeted me before I had the chance to walk in the front door. I can’t, in good conscience, not reiterate how pleased I am from start to finish with David Gibbs from Courtesy Ford. I’ll be using him for all my deals in the future. More

Racist Dealership I have a friend who went in looking at the Ford Mustang GT 5.0. He was not allowed to test drive the vehicle and he was quoted at $57,000 for a 2018. I have a friend who went in looking at the Ford Mustang GT 5.0. He was not allowed to test drive the vehicle and he was quoted at $57,000 for a 2018. The only thing they would do for him is turn it on. When my boyfriend called them asking for the same vehicle they said he could come in today for a test drive AND only quoted him $51,000 for the same vehicle. It is sickening that your appearance can determine whether or not you can test drive a vehicle. Never would I recommend this dealership to anyone. More
