Mitch James went above and beyond what he was required to do and did it without any expectations. My car was personally delivered to me as I couldn't take time off work to run in an pick it up. To sum it up...this has honestly been the BEST customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I recommend Mitch to EVERYONE I know!
