When I picked up my car he took the time to explain all of it's features. I must add that he gave me a call at home to see if I was satisfied with my car. That is great customer service and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. Adel in finance was great to deal with. He helped me navigate all of the paper work with a friendly disposition. I could tell he was busy by how manty times his phone rang yet he never rushed me or made me feel I had to hurry. I must add that since I wrote this review I have had several more phone calls to see if I am happy with my car as well as an email from the General Manger. I can see that they do not take my business for granted. I would buy my next car there without hesitation. More

The Service Tech provided an estimate cost. My parents agreed to go forward with the repair ... they had no other option to getting back to Petrolia. My mom wants Courtesy Ford to know how much they appreciated the effort the Service Techs put into make the vehicle right. My mom says "the guys were just so good...we are so thankful they helped us AND the cost was below the anticipated estimate." SO, thank you to the Courtesy Ford Lincoln Service Techs for getting my parents home safely. More
