I’m a return customer and Matt’s the reason why. I own Oneextra guy, we do around 400 deliveries a week and I need a guy like Matt as my sales guy. I don’t have time to dicker and play around. He does everything from plates to emailing my insurance guy. He lets me know when I can trade in my truck and makes it worth it. He’s honest. Even when my business is with service he looks after getting me a loaner. If all the sales reps were like Matt, there wouldn’t be very many other Ford dealers! They’d all shop at courtesy!!!! KEEP THIS GUY!!!! More
