He's customer focused and wants to share his knowledge to ensure you purchase the perfect vehicle. Joey is easy to deal with and even made negotiations fun. He also went the extra mile by ensuring the vehicle we wanted was ready for a test drive and parked in a VIP spot. Alex in Finance was precise and friendly. He's also more focused on adding value to your purchase rather than being pushy. We picked up our car and it was ready as ordered and in perfect condition. Charlesglen was so good it surprised us. Even the restaurant food offered in house was high quality. If you genuinely want an honest car buying experience shop here. It might be the best dealership in the city. More

Every time that I have ordered something from a driver side mirror or just I have dealt with Kenny Thai and he is a very caring and helpful employee!! Every time that I have ordered something from a driver side mirror or just a simple piece bezel for a door handle or when my sons wife lost the keys to his tundra Kenny came to the rescue and handled everything. He just had to sit back and wait for the phone call that his truck was ready for pick up, Kenny is very helpful and knows what customer service is all about, i would highly recommend Kenny to anyone who needs Toyota parts or service ******** More
