At Charlesglen Toyota we pride ourselves on our reputation for honest, clear communication. I am sorry you did not receive the service we are known for. The tire pressure monitoring system (or TPMS) is a feature available on some Toyota vehicles. The existence of these sensors is dependent on both; the model, and year, of your specific vehicle. A number of our customers will opt out of a second set of sensors for their winter tires. In addition to the purchase of the sensors; you will also have a programming fee each season. I do, however, apologize that we did not provide you with all the information required to make an informed decision. I would like to work with your specific file to have this matter resolved.
