Purchasing a used Tundra We searched online for over a month in B.C. and Alberta to find a fairly specific Tundra about 4 years old. There were several possibilities around Calgary and since we were joining family there for Christmas we planned to start our search there. Charlesglen had one truck that particularly interested us so we started there. Had the good fortune of dealing with Harris Kok. This truck fit our needs nicely and after painless negotiation we quickly finalized the purchase. We don't enjoy purchasing a vehicle and dealing with Harris and others at Charlesglen was very pleasant. More

Alex was the first person I met and dealt with at Charlesglen and he made a couple of appearances to greet me during my next visit. Harris was wonderful to work with in choosing my car, Alison in finance had a great sense of humour and made all the paperwork less boring and of course Mark was amazing at showing me all the features of my new car along with detailed explanations. Mark also helped me program my phone and my daughter’s phone into the system and showed me how to use both. I will definitely come back here for my next Corolla in the future! More
