Had a great experience with Ibrahim, my wife purchased a new to her Buick SUV last week. He is new to the Capital GM team and he knows his stuff. He paid close attention to what we were looking for and he even took one of the vehicles he thought we would be interested for a test drive to the weigh scales so he could let me know the weight because we will are looking to tow an SUV behind a motorhome but we have some restrictions on how much weight we can tow. I enjoyed working within Ibrahim a lot. I have a very low tolerance for poor sales people and have gone to sales managers and said give me someone new to work with or I am leaving but not for this deal. I highly recommend Ibrahim Javed. As for the rest of the Capital Team it was an OK experience. I am shocked after all these years this industry cannot find a way to streamline the user experience. It takes way too long in my opinion. I wouldn’t say this team is any better or worse than other dealerships It’s an industry problem. Considering all of the hoops that have to be jumped through to purchase a dealership vehicle the Capital GM Regina team is a good group so don’t hesitate to give them a shot. More
